Legacy Scholarship​
In honor of Navy Diver James E. Reyher, Diana Reyher & NSOF established a scholarship fund to continue his legacy of integrity, strength, and service. This fund will support driven individuals who reflect James’s commitment to excellence and perseverance, helping them pursue their own paths with purpose and determination.
