Through tailored, comprehensive programs and impactful initiatives, NSOF ensures that these warriors and their loved ones are empowered, connected, and recognized for their commitment to defending our nation.

• Youth & Family Initiatives: Our families deserve the utmost gratitude and respect for the sacrifices they make. These Warriors miss birthdays, holidays, and so many more memories that can never be recaptured. NSOF provides Kids Days, Community events, and resources that are essential in helping to fill the void and facilitate building meaningful friendships between both spouses and children who share common struggles.
• Warrior Care: Ensuring immediate assistance, in 24hrs or less, to service members and families experiencing unexpected emergencies. This ranges anywhere from emergency travel expenses and meals to disaster relief funding. Additionally, we partner with organizations and experts to tailor preventative, interim, and follow-up resiliency services specific to the unique needs of the Navy Special Operations Community. 
• Transition Assistance: Over 250,000 service members transition from the military into the civilian workforce every year. The Navy Special Operations community represents the top 1% of that population. NSOF stands ready to support these operators in finding meaningful careers after their selfless service to our nation through career coaching, resume assistance, and tailored support. 
• Community Presence: We believe in recognizing the laurels and heroic actions of those who have gone before us to preserve the most sacred ideals of our great nation.  We help to support initiatives such as the NSO Memorial as well as events that help to raise awareness and recognition of our fallen heroes.  “All gave some, some gave All.”  We will never forget their sacrifices.
